Ngày 2 tháng 9 năm 2025, đại diện cho AFFSC GS Ngô Thanh Nghị ký khế ước với MS Hồ Phước Huy (GH Tin lành Giám lý Việt nam) để nhận 6396.9 mét vuông đất tại Lạc dương, Đà lạt nhằm mục đích cùng nhau xây dựng dự án Nhà Dưỡng lão cho các Mục sư hưu trí (không phân biệt giáo phái). Xin Chúa ban phước trên dự án này, vì rất nhiều tôi tớ Chúa trong tuổi hưu hạ tại Việt Nam cần sự trợ giúp nơi ăn chốn ở và sự chăm sóc hằng ngày trong mọi hoạt động.
On September 2, 2025, on behalf of AFFSC, Pastor Nghi Thanh Ngo signed an agreement with Pastor Hồ Phước Huy (The Vietnam Methodist Protestant Church) to receive 6,396.9 square meters of land in Lac Duong, Da Lat, with the purpose of jointly building a Retirement Home project for retired pastors (regardless of denomination). May the Lord bless this project, as many of pastors in retirement age in Vietnam are in need of support, housing, and daily care in all aspects of life.
